What you'll earn

$22–$30 an hour once you're up to speed — most technicians get there by week six. That's $1,000 to $1,200 a week on a 30–38 hour schedule, plus tips.
You're guaranteed a base hourly rate. You also earn a percentage of every home you clean, and you take home whichever is higher. Clean faster and better and your check goes up.
Your first two weeks are paid training at $16 an hour while you learn our systems and build speed.

What the work is really like
What the work is really like.
This is physically demanding work, and we'd rather be blunt than have you find out in week two.
You'll be on your feet six to eight hours a day. Kneeling, bending, twisting, reaching overhead, lifting up to 20 lbs, carrying supplies up and down stairs, moving constantly between tasks and between homes.
It's a different kind of physical than standing at a line or a register. People who come from stationary jobs are often surprised by how much movement is involved. People who come from housekeeping, care work, restaurants, or landscaping usually recognize it right away.
Most of your day is solo. You'll follow step-by-step systems and work independently in clients' homes. Nobody is going to hover over you — which is great if you're self-directed and miserable if you're not.

Requirements
What you need to apply.
- 18 or older
- Live within a 30-minute drive of Kalamazoo
- Valid driver's license and an insured vehicle you can use daily
- Your first home starts at 9:00am. Most days wrap by 5:00pm, though some run a little later. Plan on being available 8:45am to 5:30pm.
- Able to bend, kneel, twist, and lift 20 lbs throughout the day
- Comfortable working in homes with pets
- Able to pass a background check before your first client home
- No smoking or vaping during work hours, including in your vehicle — we store microfiber in your car and odors transfer into clients' homes
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
